Glenville Enterprise Center

Enterprise Cleveland Group is a nonprofit organization that operates the Glenville Enterprise Center at 540 East 105^th Street. Today, more than forty companies, employing more than 180 people, do business at the center, a 166,000 square foot former industrial plant on Cleveland’s northeast side.

The Glenville Enterprise Center provides reasonably priced office space or warehouse space coupled with a set of common, no-cost business services.  These include conference facilities, mail room, loading docks, and convenient access to EC’s finance services. 

The Glenville Enterprise Center offers professional office space with air conditioning or industrial/warehouse flex space:

Office space

• Second and third floors
• Can be configured from 200 to 4,200 square feet.

• Can be configured from 250 to 4,000 square feet.

Industrial/Warehouse flex space

• Second floor with freight elevator and dock
